Our current membership represents 42 states, the federal prison system, District of Columbia, United Kingdom, and Canada. The combined cultivated acreage utilized in crop production exceeds 180,000 acres plus thousands of acres of grazing pasture. We have canning plants, blast freezing operations, dairy farms, slaughter houses, and meat plants (including lunch meats.)

The annual training conference is ordinarily the first week in October, hosted by a member state. It is a wonderful opportunity to receive training in the latest issues related to farm and food production. Equally important is the opportunity to network with your peers, exchanging ideas, solving problems, and touring the farm operations of the host state.
